Covid-19 Update

Dear member,

During this difficult period, with some of us, going stir crazy! We wanted to update you on our plans for when we are able to reopen, subject to Govt guidelines.

This lockdown period has been tough for all of us and we appreciate that some of you may have some concerns coming out of lockdown whilst on the other hand many of you will be very eager to get back to action and can’t wait.

Your Membership payments are frozen until we reopen. You will not, need to do anything and we will be able to reactive the memberships once we reopen.

However, when we are given the green light to welcome you all back, we will all have to get used to the “new norm”. There will be new procedures in place (as per The Govt guidelines) to provide a safe environment for you to use the premium Fitness and Spa facilities at your leisure.  We will inform you of these new procedures prior to reopening. We would like to reassure you that the health and safety of our members and staff is our top priority.

The lockdown period has been hard on the body and mind. It is important that we all stay positive. Help us to help you and together we can all come out of this fitter, happier and healthier.

There is something else to look forward to and in the near future, you will be able to enjoy the brand new M Club Hanley. The new Club situated on the Waterworld site is taking shape and more updates will follow in due course. Watch this space!
