Pick ‘n’ Mix Circuits
Our new style of class, essentially you chose what exercises you do! Whether it is exercises involving cardio or core; weight training with barbells, dumbbells or kettlebells. The catch is all exercises are placed on a card face down around the edge of the studio. Each interval you choose a card, follow the instructions and then when the beep goes you rush to swap it for a different card.
A specific training programme designed to help clients with vertebral problems achieve greater strength and mobility. By suing a remedial approach to each Pilates exercise. This class would also suit anyone suffering with shoulder injuries, neck tension, back pain and Sciatica. Pilates reduces muscle imbalances, improves flexibility and joint mobility as well as increasing core strength.

If you’re not a fan of the choreographed BodyPump class, then Pump FX is for you. Using the bar and interchangeable weights for different body parts, Pump FX will strengthen and tone your body, including different moves and different music.
This is designed as a full body workout session by going around the equipment which has various workout capabilities. It targets different muscle groups depending on which station you are at.
Salsa Aerobics continues to be one of our popular classes. It’s a choreographed dance/aerobic workout. Shaun will teach you three small routines that work on both the right and left legs and then challenge you to remember the routine as you put it all together at the end. It’s the Ricky Martin and J-Lo workout that you will love – set to seriously sexy Latin beats and rhythms.
Stretch & Relax
This class is designed to help you to loosen tight muscles and gives a gentle form of exercise to increase flexibility. It can be done by all ages and levels of fitness.
Ballroom & Latin Advanced
Get fit whilst having fun. Dancing is good for the body and spirit; it increases your confidence and self-esteem. Learn how to ballroom and Latin dance, with step by step instruction and be part of a social circle.
This is exercise with an inflated lightweight ball. It’s designed to help improve core strength as it targets the core muscles of back and abdominals. It will also help to improve co-ordination and balance.
Upper Body/Abs Circuit
A blend of upper body exercises and ab workouts; all in a friendly circuit style blast.
