Official Training Centre
We are proud to be an official HYROX training centre. Train in our dedicated 6,000 sq ft HYROX zone at M Club Hanley, with plenty of space across both clubs to prepare for race day.

What is HYROX?
HYROX is a fitness race. You run 1 km, then hit a workout station. Then run again. Eight runs, eight stations: ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.
Races happen across the UK and Europe, and thousands of people compete every year. It does not matter if you finish first or last. The point is to finish.

Our Dedicated HYROX Zone
We have just opened our dedicated 6,000 sq ft HYROX zone at M Club Hanley, purpose-built for race preparation. A full turf track with sleds, ski ergs, rowing machines, wall balls, sandbags, and farmers carry handles. All eight race stations, right here in Stoke-on-Trent.
Both clubs are fully equipped with plenty of space and equipment to train for HYROX, but at Hanley we are an official training centre with everything you need under one roof.

Training at M Club
Coached HYROX Training Club sessions run at our Hanley club, following the official HYROX format so you practise the same movements you will face on race day. You can also use the zone outside of class times to train on your own.
Individual HYROX training is available across both clubs. Whether you are preparing for your first race or chasing a personal best, you will find everything you need in our gym.
Pay As You Go
Not a member? No problem. Non-members can attend HYROX classes for just £10 per session. Book at reception or buy a class pass online.
